 My education and lifelong work experience has been in Marketing and Labor for over 25 years. I have attended the George Meany Labor Institute in Washington DC and served on various labor committees throughout my career. As Public Relations Director I have worked closely with all International Unions across the country. My experience has been as the Public Relations Director for American Income Life for 11 years and Union Labor Life Insurance Co. for 9 years. In 2003 I started my own Agency which is now known as Union Benefit Services LLC. |

The majority of my education and background has been in the medical field. I am a registered nurse and I have practiced nursing in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and doctor's offices. As a nurse, I have learned that every individual has different needs because all families have different dynamics. I saw many people go through hard times because they weren't prepared for the unexpected. They didn't have the coverage they needed to take care of themselves and their families when they suddenly couldn't work because of an illness or injury. This reality along with my mother's passion for helping others and her strong beliefs in labor unions, has brought me to this point. I now work along with my mom, Debbie, as her Agency Coordinator. I coordinate enrollments, oversee the billing process, and help our clients with claims. I really believe in what we do at Union Benefit Services and I thoroughly enjoy working with all of you. |

After fourteen years in the Insurance Business, I still enjoy it as much as the first day at the job. I love working with people and I have been able to help many of them in my various capacities as an Agent throughout the years. One of my greatest opportunities to help people presented itself when I was elected president of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union (IBEW) Local 349 while working for Conglomerate United Technologies, Inc. This opened the door for me to assist our members in times of need like those that came upon us after September 11, 2001. I hold a B.A. in Business Administration from Barry University, Miami, FL. All of my experiences have opened my mind to the many ways I can still help people insure their future and their most precious possession, their families. |

I have always felt better about myself when I feel I am making a difference in others lives. Working in the insurance business found me - but I feel with every application I submit, someone will be better cared for in case of an accident or illness. My specialty with Union Benefit Services is disability coverage and I believe in what I bring to each of you to add to your existing benefits. After raising 3 kids of my own, 5 step-kids and now helping more than I thought with 16 grandchildren - I know the curves life can throw. Be safe!

Keith grew up in New Jersey and North Carolina. He attended UNC Chapel Hill where he earned a BS and the University of Georgia where he earned a MBA in Risk Management and insurance. Keith has worked in banking and insurance since his graduation in 1983 and has been with Union Benefit Services since 2006. He has a houseful of rescue children (the four legged variety) and when not working enjoys spending time with them, landscaping and sailing. |
Union Benefit Services specializes in helping union members and their families fill in the gaps and plan for their future. As an independent agency, Union Benefit Services has the ability to offer insurance products from many major insurance companies to our clients. We offer group disability, cancer, life, and hospital indemnity programs to our clients through their local Union and provide easy paycheck payments through their company.
Our goal at Union Benefit Services is to help union members and their families in the areas where their negotiated health and welfare programs are lacking. We offer a large choice of life insurance carriers to meet the needs of all persons, no matter what their health or age. Programs are also available for retirees who may need Medicare supplements or long term care. Often, our clients wish to open a Roth IRA or simply get an annuity. Union Benefit Services is here to meet the individual needs of each union member and their family.
